๐ฝ๏ธ PTO Teacher Dinner – March 19 ๐ฝ๏ธ
The PTO is proud to host dinner for our amazing teachers at the Jacobs School during Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 19!
This is a small way to say THANK YOU for all they do every day for our students and school community ๐
We appreciate your continued support in helping us show our teachers how much they’re valued!
Don’t forget — the PTO Read-a-Thon is still going strong and runs until 8:00 pm on Sunday night. Fundraising efforts are still high, and as the PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year, this support goes directly back to our students and school community.
Let’s keep those reading minutes coming in and finish strong!
Keep sending in your “Caught Reading” photos — we love seeing our Jacobs readers in action as we continue to Ride the Wave of Reading. ๐๐
The 23rd Annual Jacobs School PTO Read-a-thon officially kicks off today at 3:00 PM and runs through Sunday, March 15 at 8:00 PM. This year’s theme is “Ride the Wave of Reading,” and it promises to be an exciting one with great prizes, fun stunts, creative challenges, and if all goes well, a visit from the infamous Reading Pirate! ๐ดโ ๏ธ
Students were greeted this morning with a fun and festive setup to kick off Read-a-thon week, getting everyone excited and ready to start reading. Thank you to the PTO volunteers who helped create such a great start to the day!
Students will come home today with paper copies of the Family Letter, Pledge Sheet, and Reading Log. The Read-a-thon is the PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and every minute spent reading helps support programs and opportunities for Hull Public Schools
๐ธ Caught Reading!
We love seeing our students reading everywhere! Please send your “Caught Reading” photos to vp@hullpto.org
or message them to us on Instagram or Facebook. Photos may be shared online and may be used in the Read-a-thon wrap-up assembly.
A huge thank you to PTO members and Read-a-thon Coordinators Katie Barclay and Bea Love for all of their incredible work behind the scenes. They have been working tirelessly with school administration to bring this event to life and make this year’s Read-a-thon a success. @hull_public_schools
